Today we talked with Javier Hinojo about how he managed to scale to 700 units in less than 18 months. He breaks down the strategies he's using the find these deals and how he continues to scale moving forward. 

Javier is the host of “The Naked Truth about Real Estate Investing” podcast. He got started in real estate doing fix and flips with single-family homes and went on to fix and flip over 50 per year and wholesale 80+. Then late 2019, he decided to stop cold turkey and go to commercial real estate. By the end of 2019, he closed on his first apartment 63 units outside Charleston. Fast forward about 19 months later he is at 690 units across 7 properties.
