Today we talked with Tony Castronovo about the different returns metrics you’ll see in a real estate syndication, what they mean, and how to interpret them for yourself.
Tony Castronovo, Founder & Managing Partner of Novo Multifamily Group, has over 7 yrs of experience in acquisition, underwriting, contract negotiation, due diligence, syndication, capital raising, construction & renovations, operations, asset management, and overall asset strategy implementation. He is currently invested in 652 units and focuses primarily in Texas and Oklahoma markets.
Tony is also a seasoned management consultant (previously with Ernst & Young), utilizing 25 yrs of experience advising clients on project portfolio investment management. He holds higher education degrees in Engineering and Construction Management.
